This notice describes the current nuclyo.com website, operated by NUCLYO LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership with LLPIN ACO-9064.

Its scope is browsing this website, using its home-plan tools and making website enquiries. It does not describe data processing by a Nuclyo mobile app or connected smart-home devices.

Information when you use this website

Browsing and website delivery

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. HTTPS protects the connection between your browser and the website.

The home-plan tool

The current planner runs in your browser. Quote submission is not enabled: the name and mobile number fields are not submitted to Nuclyo or saved by the website. These fields are cleared when the planner closes or the page is left.

If you choose Share, Copy or Save, the generated home plan contains your home size and feature selections; it excludes the name and mobile number fields. Share opens your device’s sharing tools where supported; otherwise, it copies the plan or provides a way to copy it. Information you choose to send through another app is then handled by that app and the recipient.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Its application code does not use cookies or local browser storage to save your details.

Email enquiries

If you email NUCLYO LLP, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send so we can respond. Only send information needed for your enquiry.

Service providers and links

Vercel provides website hosting and delivery. Its infrastructure may process technical information outside India. Other services you choose to open, such as your email or sharing app, have their own privacy practices. Links to external websites do not transfer control of those sites to Nuclyo.

Retention

The website does not retain the planner’s contact fields on a server. Copies you save or share remain with you or your chosen recipient. Technical hosting records follow the provider’s service and security retention practices.

You can browse without entering contact details, close the planner to clear its contact fields, and choose whether to copy, save or share a home plan.
